Getting Married at St. Anthony Church

Contact the parish secretary at 815-965-2761 ext. 3 to secure your date and begin the marriage preparation process. Weddings are celebrated at least six months from the beginning of the marriage preparation process. If you have been previously married, either civilly or in the Church, please contact our priest or deacon to see if you will need an annulment before securing a marriage date.

Marriage Preparation

In order to help couples prepare for the rest of their lives together, St. Anthony Church offers a multi-faceted marriage preparation process. Our engaged couples will benefit from the Rockford Diocese marriage preparation class, a requirement for marriage, as well as meeting with our priest or deacon for the preparation of your sacramental lives together.
